Solutions

One operating model. As much as you want us to own.

Delegate a single function or the complete servicing model. These are not products bought separately — they share an intake, a record and a set of standards, which is what lets one partner be accountable for the outcome.

Work reaches the book from six parties — carriers, wholesalers, brokers, policyholders, underwriters and automated notifications — through email, calls, documents, notices, certificate requests, policy changes and renewal dates. Carriers originate the largest share. All of it converges on a single Layr operating layer, which classifies and routes it into five specialized Service Lanes: Policy Service, Certificates, Renewals, Policy State and the Service Desk. The finished work lands in two places: the Layr Care Center, where the partner sees it, and the partner’s own agency management system, where the record is kept current.

Work enters once and routes to the lane built for it. That is what makes these one system rather than several vendors.
